Facebook deletes post of small conservative page that posts article reporting VAERS numbers and locks account for 30 days: Freedom in America, a small conservative Facebook page, posted a Gateway Pundit article reporting on the increasing number of reported deaths attributed to the COVID-19 vaccines. The article acquired its numbers from the Vaccine Adverse Events Report System (VAERS) which is an unverified database overseen by the Center for Disease Control. The numbers aggregated by the database are often disputed by fact-checkers because the cases are unverified. Facebook removed Freedom in America's post and, according to the user, the platform locked the account for 30 days. Freedom in America has received several fact checks and restrictions from Facebook over the last year and is now "at risk of being unpublished," has "reduced distribution" and is no longer being suggested to Facebook users who might like the page.
