In the video, there is clear evidence of a ballot counter crumpling a ballot into a ball and tossing it aside. The counter also appears to give the middle finger to another ballot. The civic integrity notice states the content of the tweet is "disputed" and could mislead others about an election, when in fact the notice is misleading users about factual video evidence that is right in front of them.
