YouTube censors CPAC Hungary speech on "The Great Replacement": Dutch conservative commentator Eva Vlaardingerbroek shared a purported screenshot of her YouTube censorship notice to her X account. She gave a speech at CPAC Hungary 2024 titled "The Great Replacement is not a theory - it's reality." She uploaded a video of this speech to both her X account and her YouTube account. According to the purported screenshot, YouTube found the video to violate its "hate speech policy," and removed the video. As this was her first offense, she was only given a warning. At the time she shared this on her X account she noted that the video on X had received nearly 50 million views. On the day following her X post, CensorTrack noted that the video was up on her YouTube account, but had been marked with a warning label. The label reads "Context. The Great Replacement." It then links to the Wikipedia entry about the topic and quotes from the entry on the warning label, explaining that "The Great Replacement, also known as replacement theory or great replacement theory, is a white nationalist far-right conspiracy theory espoused by French author Renaud Camus." It is unclear how long the video was removed from Vlaardingerbroek's YouTube channel.
