Twitter denied a user's appeal for calling the transgender Assistant Health Secretary for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services a "man:" A user tweeted: "Richard Levine, now going by the name Rachel, is a man. He fathered children with an actual woman, his ex-wife. Mr. Levine was born a man, he is still a man, and he will always be a man, irrespective of what he injects or chops off himself," according to a screenshot tweeted by the user. The purported screenshot shows that Twitter forced the user to delete the tweet and restricted his account features for over 10 hours.
