Facebook removes post that included text from an American Thinker article: A user told CensorTrack that he shared the text of an American Thinker article on Facebook and the platform removed the post for reportedly violating its community standards on violence and incitement. The user's post centered on the mass shooting at a Buffalo supermarket in May. Both the text of the article and his post began by saying, "The alleged supermarket killer is self-described as authoritarian left - so why isn't this being reported?" In a notice shared by the user, Facebook claimed it does not "allow content that leads to a genuine risk of physical harm or a direct threat to public safety." The user appealed Facebook's decision. After the review, Facebook determined the post "does follow our community standards" and restored the post.
