Twitter censors user for calling out Bill Gates lie on COVID vaccine patents: A Twitter user got in trouble for the following tweet: "Krystal Ball: Bill Gates Is LYING TO YOU On Vaccine Patent Protection."  The user noted that Twitter suspended his account over this, likely because of its rules against spreading "misinformation" related to COVID or the vaccines. However, the user also noted that despite Twitter censoring the tweet, Bill Gates is in fact lying about the vaccine patents. He claimed that "The vaccines work and Bill Gates is a key place win stopping those vaccines from getting into the arms of everyone on earth." He further stated that "At a certain point you have to wonder - doesn't the anti vaxx sentiment actually help companies like Pfizer? It creates a huge hole in vaccine demand (which private pharma cannot meet) in countries like the US, it muddies the waters in terms of culpability for low vax rates."
