Well known Catholic author and intellectual reportedly banned from Instagram for the SECOND time: Argentinian author and intellectual Agustín Laje, who is commonly compared to Ben Shapiro for his quick witted and informed debating style, said he was banned by Instagram. "Without ANY reason and without ANY explanation, @instagram disabled my account," Laje said on Twitter. "They no longer even pretend to be adhering to vague 'community standards.' Censorship in social networks has reached an unbearable level of authoritarianism." Catholic Connect, a network of like-minded Catholic thinkers, called Laje "The largest Hispanic conservative influencer & author," and indicated this was the second time Instagram has banned him. "His most recent account on Instagram had over half a million followers before it was banned again," Catholic Connect said in a tweet.
