Twitter suspends user for calling out transgender bullies: A Twitter user engaged in a discussion about transgender issues on author J K Rowling's feed decided to call out transwomen bullies, and got suspended over it. Her tweet said: "Just a heads up to all the *male-sexed* people in JK's mentions who are now calling women cunt/terf/bitch etc, issuing threats of violence and demanding we shut up. You are really proving our point that this whole agenda is rooted in misogyny (with some homophobia thrown in)." Twitter said that this was hateful conduct, and suspended her account over it. It is unclear if the people who were doing the name-calling were given the same punishment, or since they were transwomen, were not.
