Facebook flagged the link as a violation of Facebook's "community standards."A New York Times reporter that the platform is likely restricting the article's distribution because it "shared multiple details which could identify the residence of one of the BLM founders, in violation of her privacy rights." As a result, no user can share the article on Facebook, Facebook Messenger or Instagram direct message.
