The election may have been called by the liberal media, but the election isn’t over yet — and neither is Big Tech censorship of election posts.

Facebook appears to be so determined to out-censor its competitors that it has added yet another restriction before users can share a flagged post.

“Facebook said Friday it had added a mini speed bump: forcing people to look at an additional message before they could share a flagged post,” The Washington Post reported. Facebook has not responded to a request for comment on the new restriction.

The “mini speed bump” is only the latest method by Facebook to maintain its position as an arbiter of truth online.

Throughout the entire election process, Facebook continually added more and more rules. Facebook also has frozen political ads for the time being. At the beginning of October, Facebook removed a post from Trump, in which he claimed that COVID-19 is less lethal “in most populations” than the “Flu.”

In what has been a hotly contested race from the start, the platform has apparently decided not to promote the free expression of ideas.

Facebook has also reportedly restricted hashtags like #sharpiegate and #stopthesteal. The platform also incorrectly labeled a video from MRCTV as “misinformation.” The nation is left to wonder what Big Tech will censor next.

Conservatives are under attack. Contact Facebook headquarters at 1-650-308-7300 and demand that Big Tech be held to account to mirror the First Amendment while providing transparency, clarity on “hate speech” and equal footing for conservatives. If you have been censored, contact us at the Media Research Center contact form, and help us hold Big Tech accountable.
