Climate skeptics don’t exist, according to actor, activist and socialist sympathizer Sean Penn.
They’re just cult followers of Fox news programming.
“Well, I don’t believe there are climate skeptics,” Penn told Bloomberg Business in an interview about the global climate change conference underway in Paris, “I think there are people who indulge in a culture of what can be reduced to Fox network thinking.”
Penn has taken a break from making anti-american movies to attend the climate talks in Paris on behalf of J/P Haitian Relief Organization, a group he co-founded. The business magazine had asked Penn what if he would say if he ran “into a climate denier at a bar.”
Penn added to his insult of climate skeptics and Fox News saying, “It’s like talking to a member of a cult.” He concluded that since he is not a “deprogrammer,” he would “turn away and order another vodka tonic.”
But if anyone needs a deprogrammer, it’s Penn.
After all, he has spent a good portion of his life admiring totalitarian dictators like his pal the late Hugo Chavez. In 2010, He even argued journalists who called the former Venezuelan president a “dictator” should be jailed, The Guardian reported.
And now his liberalism has made him a “climate skeptic” denier.
There are people (even scientists) who disagree with the climate alarmist narrative for many reasons, including their own scientific research. But the media generally exclude them in favor of alarmist voices. Just this year, the broadcast evening news shows ignored NASA reports that could have hampered the global warming narrative, while hyping those that supported it.
Perhaps that’s why Penn doesn’t believe there are any “climate skeptics.”
