The flagged post illustrated an image of a bathroom toilet and Ukrainian President Zelensky's face on a roll of toilet paper. The post was captioned, "At this very moment, Kyiv is being hammered by kamikaze drones! Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians sacrificed their lives so far for a toilet paper president It doesn't make any sense at all. Get well soon Khokhols." X received a complaint for the user's account and stated that the platform is "permanently withholding the reported content in the EU for the following legal grounds: Illegal or Harmful Speech."
