Twitter censors user for asking why grants haven't been given to study alternative COVID-19 treatments: A Twitter user shared a screenshot of his censorship notice. He tweeted the following: "@NIHgrants @CSRpeerreview I'm wondering why #Ivermectin hasn't been given a funding grant for covid-19 treatment studies. Also vitamin D, budesonide, zinc with an ionophore, etc..... That's what I'm really wondering" Twitter claimed that this violated its "policy on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19." The user had to delete the tweet in order to regain access to his account. He reported: "I just got off a Twitter suspension for this. An easily verifiable claim. Being censored on behalf of a government institution.... What kind of system are we in?" The user also included screenshots of his search to determine that there have been no grants made.
