YouTube suspends Conservative social media personality Steven Crowder for a week: Steven Crowder has a following of over 5.3 million subscribers on YouTube and is one of the leading conservative personalities on social media. Crowder has made a name for himself while pushing the boundaries of what is deemed acceptable by leftist platforms with his content. YouTube told Crowder in a notice that it "think[s]" a video of his looking into possible voter fraud in Nevada violated the platform's spam, deceptive practices and scams policy. As a result, YouTube suspended Crowder for a week, during which time he will be prevented from uploading, posting or live streaming on the platform. The video was also deleted from Crowder's channel. "I've been warning about this for a long time and now it's here," Crowder said in a statement to his audience. "Big Tech, and specifically YouTube have painted a target on Conservative's backs for years, with yours truly being target #1."
