Powell linked to the article she mentioned. X Community Notes slapped a fact check label on Powell’s post, linking to another post from Stephen Richer. “This has already been explained by Stephen Richer the Maricopa County Recorder. Aubrey changed her address the day before early ballots were sent out. After changing her address the 1st sent ballot was voided by the state and a second one was sent to her new address,” the Community Note claimed. Richer was previously accused before the Arizona House of colluding with Big Tech to influence elections in Arizona.
