Twitter permanently bans attorney Sidney Powell in latest QAnon purge: According to a report from NBC News, Twitter has permanently banned attorney Sidney Powell's account in a QAnon purge. Powell, who is being sued by Dominion Voting Systems for $1.3 Billion for defamation after her many reports and lawsuits about the inaccuracies of the voting machines, was at one time was part of President Trump's legal team in the aftermath of the chaotic 2020 election. According to NBC News, a Twitter spokesperson provided the following comment about the ban of Powell's account, as well as Gen. Michael Flynn's account: “The accounts have been suspended in line with our policy on Coordinated Harmful Activity. We’ve been clear that we will take strong enforcement action on behavior that has the potential to lead to offline harm, and given the renewed potential for violence surrounding this type of behavior in the coming days, we will permanently suspend accounts that are solely dedicated to sharing QAnon content."
