Twitter suspends respected race scholar from Stanford's Hoover Institution: Shelby Steele has specialized in the study of race relations, multiculturalism, and affirmative action for decades. Last year he produced a documentary offering an alternative narrative from that of the mainstream media's, surrounding the 2014 fatal police shooting of Michael Brown. That documentary was barred from Amazon's wildly popular video streaming service, because it didn't "meet Prime Video's content quality expectations." Now, Steele has been suspended from Twitter for unknown reasons just a day after he published an Op-Ed in the Wall Street Journal titled "How Equality Lost to ‘Equity’."
