Tweet from NYT reporter about a vote-counting machine running out of ink garners civic integrity notice: A tweet from New York Times politics reporter Reid Epstein about a Green Bay, WI vote-counting machine running out of ink was hit with a civic integrity notice. "Green Bay's absentee ballot results are being delayed because one of the vote-counting machines ran out of ink and an elections official had to return to City Hall to get more." Epstein's tweet stated. Tweets that garner these notices have a diminished exposure across the platform and are attached with interstitials that must be clicked through in order for the content of the tweet to be viewed. 10 minutes after Epstein's initial tweet, he retweeted it and noted, "Update: The clerk has returned with printer ink!" That tweet was also flagged with a civic integrity notice indicating the content in the tweet was "disputed" information and might mislead others about an election, or other civic process.
