Twitter censors user for speaking against trends in public schools promoting alternative lifestyles: A Twitter user shared a screenshot of her censorship notice. She had been censored in May of 2022 but refused to delete the offending tweet to unlock her account after filing an appeal. The user indicated that she had finally chosen to delete the tweet in November "under new hopeful circumstances" with Elon Musk's new leadership. The tweet that had her locked out of Twitter read: "Officials continue to dilute the curriculum in hopes of achieving goals they never meet, which often have adverse results. Sex Ed is introduced, teen pregnancy booms. LGBT appears, half the kids are trans, mental illness increases. PS is a failure & undeserving of public funds." It was unclear from the screenshot what rule the tweet violated.
