Twitter censors user for stating facts that Fauci's department held a patent for the COVID-19 vaccine: A Twitter user shared a screenshot of his censorship notice. He had tweeted: "Exactly correct. Fauci had an actual conflict of interest in the Oval. Should've never been allowed to advice on vaccines, when his department had a patent for the vaccine." Twitter claimed this tweet violated its rules against "spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19," and forced the user to delete the tweet in order to unlock his account. He shared the notice from an alt account, so it is unclear whether he actually deleted the tweet or left his account locked. When sharing the notice, he noted "Never forget that I got banned for talking about something that was common knowledge, had @Twitter been in tune with the news."
