Twitter censors user for calling a dog a mongrel: A Twitter user shared screenshots of his censorship notice. He had tweeted: "Especially as Hits' profile picture looks to be a mongrel." The user he was referring to clearly has a picture of a dog as his profile picture. Twitter, however, claimed the tweet violated its "rules against hateful conduct" according to the purported screenshot. The user's account was locked until he deleted the tweet. He shared that he appealed the decision and that it was rejected.
