Facebook removes comment stating a historical fact about something Hitler and Zelensky have in common: The user said Facebook blocked him from going live or advertising on the platform for 30 days after his comment on Zelensky was deemed "hate speech" by the company's community standards, according to screenshots. His comment referred to Zelensky receiving Time magazine's "Person of the Year" award. "Zelensky wins the same award from Time magazine that Hitler also won," the user commented. He also said he didn't share any opinion of either man. It was just a "historically accurate fact." Facebook claimed that the post violated community standards because it referred to "dangerous individuals and organizations," according to a screenshot of the notice that the user sent MRC Free Speech America. The notice added that another similar post will restrict or disable the user's account, however, it offered an appeal.
