Twitter censors user for quoting the text of a Washington State legislative bill: A Twitter user tweeted: "...for an order to take the person or group of persons into INVOLUNTARY DETENTION for purposes of isolation or quarantine..." This was taken from a bill in Washington State, which she also linked to. The tweet seemed to be QT another tweet that was removed for violating Twitter's rules, though, and this may have been the problem. Twitter, according to a screenshot shared by the user, found that her tweet violated "one of [its] Rules." It did not specify which one. The user had to delete the tweet in order to regain access to her account.
