Twitter censors user for stating that gender transition can lead to suicide in prepubescent kids: A Twitter user shared a screenshot of her censorship notice. She was engaged in a discussion with Matt Walsh and others about the possible side effects of chemical castration in prepubescent kids, and tweeted: "Suicide, for one." As she noted in her tweet about the censorship, "It's a noted statistic." Twitter claimed that her tweet violated its rules "against promoting or encouraging suicide or self-harm." The user noted that "They suspended me for promoting suicide when actually I was obviously stating a case against it." Twitter locked her account until she deleted the tweet, then restricted her to only browsing or using DMs for a 12-hour period.
