User reports that account was suspended after posting the image of Joe Biden wearing a jock strap on his face. This is the content of the e-mail that he received: 

Hi Maverick, Your account, @ABElCapitan1 has been locked for violating the Twitter Rules. Specifically for: Please note that repeated violations may lead to a permanent suspension of your account. Proceed to Twitter now to fix the issue with your account.

The reason was missing, but he said that in other e-mails it stated that it was because it tries to misconstrue a political event. The account was locked for approximately a month before being released.
