YouTube removed a Matt Orfalea video that it had previously removed and restored: Racket News reporter and video creator Matt Orfalea compiled a three minute video montage made up of clips showing media and Democrats claiming that the 2016 election that Donald Trump won was rigged and putting those side by side with claims Trump and his supporters have made about the 2020 election. YouTube removed the video and demonetized his channel, claiming "Our Team has reviewed your content, and unfortunately, we think it violates our violent criminal organizations policy," according to a screenshot included in a Racket News report about the censorship. After this news report, YouTube later restored monetization on the video. "Great news! After manually reviewing your video we've determined that it is suitable for all advertisers," wrote YouTube according to screenshots. Nearly two months after the video was originally posted, YouTube notified Orfalea that it would again have limited advertising opportunities. According to screenshots of the notice YouTube sent Orfalea, a second manual reviewer had found that the "Content mainly shows accidents, vigilantism, pranks or dangerous acts or stunts that have health risks like drinking or eating non-edibles; discussions of trending videos that have shown this type of content. Glorification, recruitment, or graphic portrayal of dangerous organizations." It is unclear what part of the video the human reviewer could possibly be referring to.
