Twitter suspends user, presumably for promoting Ivermectin: A Twitter user whose bio promotes Ivermectin as a potential way to end the COVID-19 pandemic was suspended. Another Twitter user shared a tweet that she claimed was the reason the account was suspended. It read: "Pharma is afraid of ivermectin. It should be. Read @StevePhillipsMD on the evidence in favor of IVM--from Covid to Cancer. Explains a lot. Steve was the first doc to introduce me to IVM. He is the real deal." It also linked to a story by Phillips about Ivermectin. While it is not clear that this tweet in particular was the cause of the suspension, the user clearly was promoting Ivermectin over a period of time, and had accumulated over 36,000 followers before her account was suspended in early March 2022. It is unclear how long the account will remain suspended.
