The right to travel is implicated by state distinctions between residents & nonresidents, the relevant constitutional provision is the privileges and immunities clause, Article IV, § 2, cl. 1. Rittenhouse did nothing wrong." This tweet was made on November 11. Twitter locked her account until she deleted the tweet, then served her with a week-long read-only account restriction. On November 19, 2021, Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges.
