Twitter user suspended for using an emoji to express embarrassment, called racist: A Twitter user, who notes in his bio that he has Asperger Syndrome, had a tweet deleted and his account restricted for an emoji. The Twitter user has an account where he tweets about soccer, called @IpswichMagpie. That account addressed something a player named Carlos Tevez did by simply tweeting "Tevez 🙈." As the user explained, he uses this emoji to "display embarrassment." However, Twitter deemed the use of a monkey emoji in conjunction with a reference to an Argentine soccer player to consist of racism, and censored the user over it.
