Twitter restricts user's account after he complained about how terrible Twitter Support is:  A user tweeted that "".@Twitter's 'support' is as much fun as hitting your head against a brick wall repeatedly." Twitter flagged the tweet for "violating [its] rules against promoting or encouraging suicide or self-harm." It is unclear how long his account was restricted for but similar restrictions typically prevent users from tweeting, retweeting, and replying or liking other user's tweets. The user appealed the restrictions to Twitter but the platform upheld its decision.
