Obviously, transsexualism is a terrible and harmful idea. Gender dysmorphia is a serious mental illness and ruins lives. Society should be honest about its negative effects and stop promoting it." Twitter claimed this violated its "rules against hateful conduct." The user's account was locked until he deleted the tweet.
