Twitter censors user for defending Kyle Rittenhouse: Twitter user Jill Colton tweeted a message in defense of Kyle Rittenhouse, also pointing out that one of the men that he shot was a pedophile. She tweeted: "Kyle Rittenhouse is a HERO There should be statues and a parade in his honor Rosenbaum meanwhile is rotting in hell for his depraved acts against children Anyone who defames Rittenhouse is defending pedophiles. Remember that." Twitter claimed that this violated its rules against glorifying violence, which "prohibits content that condones or celebrates acts of violence that could promote imitation of the act. We also prohibit the glorification of mass murders or genocides when protected categories have been the primary target or victims. Glorifying the perpetrators of such violence is also prohibited." Twitter therefore "temporarily limited some of" Colton's account features as a result of her tweet.
