Twitter censors user for talking about how to kill crabs and lobsters to cook them: A Twitter user shared a screenshot of her censorship notice. She had tweeted: "Don't we kill them by throwing them into boiling water?" The tweet was actually in a discussion about cooking crabs, lobsters, etc., according to the user. The censorship notice claimed it violated Twitter's rules against "abuse and harassment," and demanded the user delete the tweet in order to regain access to her locked account. However, the user was upset by the statement on the notice that read: "By clicking Delete, you acknowledge that your Tweet violated the Twitter Rules." The user did not agree with this statement, as it was clearly Twitter's algorithm that once again was unable to process context, a frequent issue. She therefore appealed the notice rather than deleting the tweet. However, after three months, and she still had not received a response, she finally acquiesced and deleted the tweet. She therefore said that "There is no appeal. Mine was lodged for 3 months. Twitter should stop lying to us."
