We hope to be able to resume normal working hours as soon as possible." The censored user responded saying "Yeah it's that DoC towards kids that people are steamed about. #ProNonce." "DoC" refers to the "duty of care" noted in the Mermaids tweet. Twitter found this user's tweet to violate its "rules against hateful conduct." The user's account was locked until she deleted the tweet.
