Twitter censors a user for "hateful conduct": A Twitter user who was engaging in a discussion with other users over transgender issues asked a pertinent question of one of the men: "Mmm.. is that a touch of mansplaining creeping in?" Twitter called this "hateful conduct." The user's appeal was denied. The user was required to delete the offending tweet in order to access their locked account, then had a 12 hour restriction before they could tweet again.
