This isn't meant to sound rude, it's just the truth. Many people can be treated with therapy and overcome their dysphoria, some have to transition." Twitter found this to violate its "rules against hateful conduct," and required the user to delete the tweet in order to unlock her account. The user also reported that her account was in a read-only restricted mode for 12 hours.
