Twitter censors user for tweets about transgenderism: A Twitter user shared a screenshot of their censorship notice. The user had tweeted "Trans Activists Called For 'Day Of Vengeance' Before Nashville Shooting | The Daily Wire What else can a 'Day of Vengeance' be if not violent?" They included a link to the Daily Wire article that was references in the text of the tweet. Twitter claimed this tweet violated one of its rules, but it was unclear from the screenshot which rule was cited. The user's account was locked until they deleted the tweet. It appears Twitter censored every post about the Trans Day of Vengeance, even if the post criticized the event. Twitter VP of Trust and Safety Ella Irwin tweeted that the platform "had to automatically sweep our platform and remove >5000 tweets /retweets of this poster. We do not support tweets that incite violence irrespective of who posts them. "Vengeance" does not imply peaceful protest. Organizing or support for peaceful protests is ok."
