Twitter bans Gen. Flynn for reportedly sharing QAnon content: Twitter suspends President Trump's former national security advisor Gen. Michael Flynn for purportedly being an account that is "solely dedicated to sharing QAnon content," a Twitter spokesperson told NBC News. Gen. Flynn was one of the individuals at the center of the Russia collusion narrative and has been an avid supporter of President Trump. He is also said to be a purveyor of QAnon conspiracy theories by his critics. The spokesperson from Twitter said Flynn's removal from the platform is "in line" with the platform's policy on coordinated harmful activity. "We’ve been clear that we will take strong enforcement action on behavior that has the potential to lead to offline harm," said the spokesperson, "and given the renewed potential for violence surrounding this type of behavior in the coming days, we will permanently suspend accounts that are solely dedicated to sharing QAnon content."
