YouTube channel of independent guerilla journalist who captures raw footage at protests and other newsworthy events has been demonetized: The YouTube channel of Ford Fischer's News2Share has been demonetized. "During a recent review, our team of policy specialists carefully looked over the videos you've uploaded to your channel News2Share," YouTube said in a notice to Fischer. "We found that a significant portion of your channel is not in line with our YouTube Partner Program Policies. As of today, your channel is not eligible to monetize and you will not have access to monetization tools and features." Fischer's page was eventually re-monetized after Fox News ran a story on YouTube's "dangerous" actions.
