User reported on Twitter that Facebook fact-checked a video she posted of Joe Biden's appearance on The View. In the video, the ladies were asking him if he would apologize to his accusers and he was stumbling over his response. Facebook put a filter over the video stating that per independent fact-checkers, the video contained false information. I'm using Twitter username and followers.
