Twitter suspends popular account that tweeted about COVID: An anonymous Twitter account that Big League Politics described as a WHO whistleblower was suspended by Twitter. The account, which grew from little more than 5,000 followers to over 40,000 followers due to its data-driven commentary about the pandemic which ran counter to the liberal media narrative was shut down with no indication as to why. It can be presumed that Twitter found the account to be in violation of its policy on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19, though it is not clear which tweets in particular led to the suspension. The account was tweeting information that was in direct contradiction to the media narrative that Twitter upholds for the better part of the last year with no problems. The anonymous user has since moved to Twitter alternative Gab.
