Twitter algorithm falsely flags a tweet for suicidal thoughts, user's account restricted 12 hours as a result: A Twitter user who was in discussions regarding the case of Ma'Khia Bryant fell prey to Twitter's faulty algorithms. He tweeted: "Congratulations, you have fallen for the media agenda. They lie and you jump over the cliff like the good sheep." Twitter claimed that this was suicidal thoughts, and forced the user to delete the tweet in order to regain access to his account. Furthermore, his account was restricted for 12 hours after deleting it. Twitter's automated message offered the user resources to get help, and said, "Please know that there are people out there who care about you, and that you are not alone."
