As a violation of Twitter's civic integrity policy Trump's tweet allegedly contains "disputed" information that "might be misleading about an election or other civic process." Flagged tweets, such as those containing civic integrity notices, have their visibility across Twitter diminished and contain an interstitial that users must click through in order to see the content of the Tweet.
