The deleted tweet contained a short 10-second video of Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden saying that the reason he has been able to quarantine during the coronavirus outbreak is because "some black woman was able to stack the grocery shelf." Twitter deleted the video posted to the president's feed for violating Twitter Rules, and numerous fact-checkers have marked it as "missing context."
