Twitter censors user for saying that Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin are effective: A Twitter user shared a screenshot of their censorship notice. They tweeted: "Ok let's try, if I'm gone I'll be on my backup page @LamaZense Hydroxychloriquen & Ivermectin help agains [sic] the PLANdemic and Biden stole the elections." This was likely in an attempt to test Twitter's censorship after it was announced that Elon Musk was planning to purchase the company, but before the sale was finalized. Twitter found this tweet violated its rules against "spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19" and forced the user to delete the tweet in order to unlock their account. The user's account was then placed in a read-only restricted mode for one week.
