Twitter censors user for tweet about Starbucks dropping vaccine mandate for employees: A Twitter user shared a screenshot of their censorship notice. The user had tweeted, in regards to Starbucks announcement that it would no longer require its employees to get a COVID-19 vaccine: "I'm excited for @Starbucks to die. I have always despised them. Have fun ordering your covid beverages. lol." Twitter, according to the screenshot, locked the user's account until they deleted the tweet, saying that it violated the "rules against abuse and harassment." The user was incredulous, hyperbolically ranting: "I was suspended because Twitter decided that Starbucks is more important than me. The[y] treat Starbucks like they are a human, not a business. Obviously, I mean DEMISE. END. CEASE TO EXIST since one cannot literally physically end the life of 'Starbucks' as they are not human."
