He had tweeted "SpursOfficial @England @HKane Still trophyless tho. 🤣" Twitter somehow decided that this violated its "rules against hateful conduct." The user's account was locked until he deleted the tweet. He also claimed his account was restricted for 12 hours after, but this was unable to be confirmed.
