User received a message that her account had been suspended, and filed an appeal. Twitter quickly responded to let her know that the reason had to do with a rules violation, seen in screen shot attached, and that they would release her account. She suspects that for some reason her hashtag use must be the root of the problem, though she is not clear on exactly how or why it was a problem. After a few hours, her account was still not released so she filed another appeal, and her account was released. Shadowban.eu does not show any restrictions on the account.
