Al Yankovic

Instagram censors Weird Al for post featuring image of "dangerous" individual, Pablo Escobar lookalike: Musician and comedian Weird Al Yankovic took to his Twitter account to share a purported screenshot of an Instagram censorship notice. The screenshot indicated that Instagram took issue with his post featuring a photo of Yankovic and a Pablo Escobar lookalike. Yankovic captioned the image "Okay, fine, I admit we took a FEW creative liberties with #WEIRDTheAlYankovicStory. For instance, in real life, Pablo Escobar and I are still very close friends." According to the screenshot, Instagram removed the post because it violated the platform's "Community Guidelines on violence or dangerous organizations." The post was not available on Yankovic's Instagram feed as of the time of publication.
