Twitter removed Abir Ballan's tweet quoting Dr. Paul Alexander on COVID-19 vaccines for small children: Pandemics Data and Analytics (PANDA) Executive Committee member Abir Ballan quoted Dr. Paul Alexander who is an epidemiologist and in 2020 advised WHO-PAHO (World Health Oranization and Pan American Health Organization). Ballan quoted and provided a link to his article entitled "Biological and molecular evidence why children are effectively COVID immune and can be considered already vaccinated" published by TrialSite News. "'We have no idea how these [#COVID19 vaccines] will behave longer-term in children and it can severely harm our children and may even kill them.' 'Leave them alone, they need no COVID vaccine' Dr. Paul Alexander," Ballan tweeted according to the screenshot she posted on her Substack newsletter. It's unclear exactly why Twitter had her remove the tweet but the platform has had her remove similar tweets due to its "policy on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19."
